Constitution Article 2 Section 3 gives the president authority to call one or both chambers into session. Do it if you consider Congress is reneging on its promises. Make them stay in session until the money is settled in law.

How much is preserving the sovereignty of America worth to you as an American? If every person who voted for Trump donated $100, this would provide over an additional $6 billion for the wall. That’s a lot of money. I think he should go to the people and ask for this, with the promise that they’ll see it back in prosperity in America.
