I don’t know. She looks a little nutty. But not a reason to get fired. But remember, she can tell the world why she was fired. The company cannot say a word without stepping into legal jeopardy.
I would wait until there is a little more information.
I would too, because one of her co-workers (at least, that’s what I gathered) was saying some very specific things on Facebook about her boyfriend bringing his gun to work, and threatening to kill a co-worker (slit his throat, I think it was) and her locking herself in her office and having meltdowns, and not taking direction or accepting advice... I think way more was going on.
Ever check the mentality of your average social worker?
I had an interesting discussion with a former social worker a few weeks ago. She described most social workers as a bunch of control freaks on a power trip. Most have no interest over really helping people, rather, power over people was the motivator. She could not in good conscience work in that environment.
