The gun was stolen and used by the killer. If it happens to be found he can say “I told you it was stolen.*
If he was shot in the head with a 10mm FBI firearm, he wouldn’t be alive four hours. He wouldn’t be alive when he hit the ground.
Most professional hits in this type of situation would use a 22. Low noise. Not a lot of mess. And the bullets bounce around inside.
This was a nervous nelly.
Ok, a semi-pro hit.
DNC/Hillary hired MS-13. The MS-13 gang members who took out Seth Rich were then subsequently murdered to cover the trail.
Much cleaner than hiring a “professional” hit man. If there was a pro involved, it was the one who took out the gang members.
Arrest Sessions for obstructing justice, he is owned by the Clintons.
Does anyone know if Rich had a laptop with him when he was murdered? I’ve seen reports of law enforcement going through his computer and I have no idea where they got it. Did they go to his home after he was murdered and retrieve it and if so, WHY? He was a murder victim not someone who needed to be investigated. Did he live with his parents or did he live alone? Where did law enforcement get his computer and how?
I’ve never killed anyone for money/politics - so my question is: If its decided to use the “robbery” cover on such a critical case, why wouldn’t the assassin at least take Rich’s wallet and watch, if not just to provide more credibility for the story?
Seth Rich items on night of murder do not list laptop/computer with him in second link:

Didn't have to be a pro to be a hired hit.
You might remember that Hannity was shut down over this story.
Could have been an unprofessional hit!
Im sure there are pros out there that could do a clean double tap. But a Wasserman Shultz union thug may not be quite so tidy.
Exactly
Too bad Trump can’t figure out a way to post a $1 million reward for information leading to the identification and arrest of those behind the murder. Not the hit man. A sizable reward could open some lips.
“”At 4:19 a.m., police patrolling nearby responded to the sound of gunfire in Bloomingdale and found Rich lying mortally wounded at a dark intersection a block and a half from a red-brick row house he shared with friends””
I’m not a big city resident but how many times does a routine patrol car happen to be in a neighborhood when the cops just happen to hear gunshots? No 911 call - just cruising?
I can’t find any mention of a computer in Rich’s possession anywhere...but it’s certainly talked about in articles. Strange. Here’s one:
http://yournewswire.com/fox-news-seth-rich-emails-wikileaks/
“”According to investigators working on the case, there is evidence on Richs laptop that confirms he was actively working with WikiLeaks to expose the corruption within the Democrat party and the Clinton campaign.””
If law enforcement has it, where did they get it?
To end on a cheery note before hitting the hay, I’d like to report to you all that in Stephen Coonts new book “The Armegeddon File”, George Soros falls to his death from his 20 story skyscraper penthouse in NYC.... All characters in the book are taken from the culprits of the 2016 rigged election with the plot centering on that; a candidate the wife of a former president, former senator, former secretary of state, the moneyman (Soros), a president elected shaking up the establishment and ruining everyone’s plans to establish the progressive movement once and for all. Great story! Lots of murders to investigate and action by the CIA and the FBI and some killings by both agencies. Of course, the CIA can’t do that but so what? No one else plays by the rules!
All good questions that need to be answered.
sorry - I think that is a parody Assange twitter account.
wish it were the real thing.
Hillary had a strong motive to kill Rich.
No doubt that the police retrieved his laptop from the house/apt where he lived. Going there would have been next step, when he died, to check on ‘why’ he was shot.
A botched robbery would NOT have been their first thought, as nothing was taken. Immediately, the investigators would have thought about murder. The first policeman to the scene would have secured the area. Forensics would have been called, and detectives to investigate. At that point, the home would have been gone through for ANY (including computer) information to lead them to answer.
I would say ‘higher up’ contacts would have made a determination about ‘what happened’, because pressure from either family or politicians brought it...because of WikiLeaks content on the computer. I remember when Gavin died (original founder? of WikiLeaks). I follow @JulianAssange, which is Julian Assange TRUE Twitter account. All others are fake. JA wrote about him at that time.
My take (former C J Instructor): The police were commanded NOT to call it homicide. Who? It had to be pretty high up. Probably came as directive thru Mayors office, although probably not from him/her. Was the Chief of Police a Democrat? Mayor? DA? Those channels would be used, or any determination of ‘how he died’ would be challenged.
Not sure about the ‘just cruising’ of the police, anything is possible, or maybe someone wanted them to find him fast and stop murder angle? That is all just speculation now.
Shot in the back three times, no wallet taken, Rolex watch still on wrist. They call this a robbery? No way.
Also it is reported to be a stolen FBI glock 40 caliber that was used.
Nothing to see here folks...
From reading the article, it seem to me the Imran Awan case is being slow walked into obscurity by the DOJ. It is not being aggressively pursued because it it not popular with certain Congress critters.
