A federal judge in Maryland on Monday dismissed a challenge to President Trump's decision to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).

"This Court does not like the outcome of this case, but is constrained by its constitutionally limited role to the result that it has reached," Judge Roger Titus said in his opinion. "Hopefully, the Congress and the President will finally get their job done."

When DACA ends the President and Congress have done their jobs.

>>A Shrub “judge.” He doesn’t like it, huh ? Flooding the country with illegals just doesn’t bother him.<<

Judges should be reprimanded for deviating from strict adherence in their written and verbal communications to the legal ramifications of the cases tried in their courts. Their personal views, in my view, should never be articulated from the bench.

"Hopefully, the Congress and the President will finally get their job done."

The President's job is deporting illegal aliens.

The Congress' job is developing immigration laws that benefit America and Americans ... and giving the President the tools necessary to implement those laws.

Exactly. You’d think that a judge would have more than a casual relationship with 6th grade grammar.

And the common thing now is for people to say, “Me and my friend did such-and such” instead of “My friend and I...”. It seems that everyone does it! Dana Perino said it recently.

Deciding not to change current immigration law IS them doing their job. If they can't make it better, don't make it worse by granting amnesty.

The current backlog of easily deportable criminals and those who already have removal orders is going to keep ICE busy for a while.

OMG Dana the Diva...I can’t listen to her.
I have always said, that if you like a person, you can forgive him anything, but if you don’t like him, everything he does annoys. Me and my friend, indeed.

By the way, I re=read what that judge said at the end. He got downright cheeky, didn’t he?

How cruel and mean spirited. Racist, too. Why can’t they deport anyone from Norway or Asia./s

Titus should actually DELIGHT in the Constitutional limitations. They make his job much simpler. But I will take it where I can get it, even if delivered with a verbal backhand.
