Hoover was also the man who sent the FBI to infiltrate the Ku Klux Klan after those four little girls were killed in the Birmingham church bombing. His plan was so successful that the KKK was defunct by the time Reagan was president, but the Democrats forced the infiltration program (the only thing then propping up the KKK) to continue until it was quietly discontinued by the Clinton Administration some two decades later.
Yet, the Libtards still revile J. Edgar because he was no friend of Communists.
I am old enough to remember when the FBI was held in the very highest esteem. When I graduated from High School I received a recruitment letter from the FBI. My father was so proud he told just about everyone he knew. I didn’t have the heart to tell him that every graduating senior received a similar letter, LOL.

My dad’s brother served in the FBI under JE Hoover. He must be spinning in his grave these days.

My classified project received an FBI courtesy briefing sometime around 1985. So, when I heard the name Frank Marshal Davis, Obama’s mentor, I remembered where I’d first heard that name; 1985. Davis was in a long list of people and organizations receiving direct financial help from the KGB. The briefing said that various homosexual groups were also receiving direct money aid in the form of checks made to cash, some as little as $500 to somebody who had just made the news and some in the thousands. The purpose was to undermine the basis of America, the family unit...Christianity and American ideals.
I am certain that same briefing could not be given today.
And remember the ‘good old days’ when the Democrats embraced the Russians, thought they were wonderful, and wanted the US to emulate them.
Now, they see a Russian behind every conservative (or libertarian) internet post and a Russian under every conservative bed.
