Jimmy Kimmel taunts Kim Jong Un by having his audience imitate North Korean cheerleaders
Olympic fever is everywhere, including late-night television.
Jimmy Kimmel lamented that he couldn’t legally show any clips from any actual events on his show Monday night, but that didn’t keep him from gushing about the international sporting affair. But his focus was not on the athletes.
“The stars of the Olympics so far are the cheerleaders from North Korea,” the “Jimmy Kimmel Live” host declared, referring to the cheerleading “army” Kim Jong Un sent as part of the North Korean delegation to the Games.
While Kimmel explained that the women “don’t seem like they know what they’re cheering,” he does believe the cheers themselves are “very catchy.”
“These women are cheering like their lives depended on it,” said Kimmel. “Because they do, they literally do.”

Hasn’t Kimmel got the DNC memo that they are all supposed to rave about how wonderful NK happens to be? All of the freedom, sunny beaches, gourmet food, and posh living?
Does this mean this asshole has finally run out of unfunny “jokes” about Trump?

I read an article recently about those cheerleaders. Seems they’re forbidden from discussing, even among themselves, what they see when they visit other countries. After one visit over twenty of them were dropped from the group and punished just for talking to each other about the country they’d visited. I don’t recall the punishment, but in North Korea it was likely harsh.
This is truly a repressive regime, but the Left seems to want to go out of its way to hide that fact. Instead of presenting those girls as virtual prisoners, which they are, the Left presents them as ambassadors of peace. Meanwhile Trump....
This is like some company which is required to fire a certain percentage of the lowest performing employees. In this case, they lost not just their job but their life and future.

In Stalin’s Russia, people, who were on a list of those who had never reported anyone were grabbed in the subway station and questioned and forced to give names of anyone who might be “subversive” and threatened with a one-way trip to The Lubyanka if they didn’t give any names.
