. . . hold President Trump accountable for the numerous allegations of sexual misconduct leveled against him. By definition, the accusations against President Trump are not impeachable offenses. First, they are neither high crimes nor misdemeanors. Second, they were made public prior to the election. The voters chose President Trump knowingly; it would be a reprehensible overreach for Congress to overturn the election over an unprovable claim that was known at the time to the voters.
