Idiots. They think they have to have some kind of “form” to fill out their whiney complaints.

“Do you have a form?”
“There are no forms”.
“I just want a form”.
“There are no forms. Tell me your complaint”
“Why can’t I have a form?”
“OK, get out. Leave.”

The Supreme Court decision already explained this perfectly. Cops are not your friends and they are not there to protect you.

Unfortunately in most of the precincts discussed they did have forms and some also had phone numbers. They were asking for the process and being given the run around.

Sorta like our FBI withheld information from congress by dragging their feet and delaying and are now trying to get their names redacted from the memo before it’s released.

Well in any case, I sort of side with the police on this one because the reporters were being almost deliberately evasive and uncooperative.

YUP..!

Until it happens to YOU, it seems totally unbelievable:

“Nah...! You HAD to be doing something wrong..!”

But as America becomes Mexicanized, nnnnnope....!

That’s wrong.

If the law says that the police are supposed to provide a complaint form upon demand at a public counter (which is the law in several states) then that’s what they need to do.

Their questions are irrelevant. Ironically, they may also be in violation of the law.

Do you think they should have arrested the one? Or arm locked the other? Or stood outside of the door and prevented the lady from entering? Or threatened tickets for being in the parking lot legally?

Did you watch the whole video or get tired after the first few instances? It’s disturbing.

Citizens need to have the right to redress grievances. If they choose to do so anonymously they run the risk of the complaint not being taken seriously and tossed in the garbage. They also have the right not to feel threatened.

In asking for the complainant’s address or id who knows whether it is being gathered for retribution against the complainant.

I hope that we are not so naive to believe that there are not ‘some’ rotten police officers out there.

As much as I detest Antifa they have the same rights as any one to report violations.

Those cops, the ones you have chosen to side with in this video are the exact reasons why complaint systems must exist and must work. Also those cops in this video are the exact reasons why more and more of the public no longer trust the police.

Idiots. They think they have to have some kind of “form” to fill out their whiney complaints.

The idiots also thought they could expect the police officers and deputy sheriffs to follow their own policies, and not intimidate or threaten the citizens they supposedly "protect" and "serve."

There's always some bad apples in the bunch. The problem with the ones in law enforcement is that many times you can't tell which is which until it is too late.

Here’s the thing. The police officers asked the reporters to explain their complaint, to which they refused. So what are they supposed to do? When you’re dealing with the police, just answer their questions. What’s the problem?

Here’s what you don’t have a Constitutional right to do: walk into a police station and start arguing and demanding things from them, and refusing to answer direct questions. They didn’t even have a legitimate complaint, they were just playing games with the police. I’ve never liked people messing with me just because they could, so why should they? If you think that’s their job, you’re dead wrong.

Never assume the cops are there to protect and serve you, despite what’s written on the side of their patrol cars. They’re there to arrest or fine you if you do something wrong. If you have a problem with their conduct, you can always get a lawyer if nothing else.

Give the reporters the complaint form like they’re required to.

> When you’re dealing with the police, just answer their questions. What’s the problem?

Fifth Amendment. You never have answer police questions. You especially never have to answer them when they could open you up to retaliation, or give the cop you’re complaining about time to destroy or fabricate evidence. Beyond that...

I agree, you never have to talk to the police or be subjected to their interrogation. But the guys in this video were going to them. What did they expect when they walked in there? Give me whatever I want and don't talk back?

By the way, I watched part of your video but I don't just give anyone 45 minutes of my time.
