As for the second sentence, that has zero to do with Gowdy. He's in Congress, not the Justice Department, so he still lacks the authority to bring an indictment.

In the first sentence replace overtime with every time like auto correct did for me, then the meaning should be clear.

Surely you are just pretending to be dense. You know that Gowdy would turn his recommendation over to Justice and unless that midget in Justice is sold out, he should pursue indictments, if the evidence supports it. Of course since he let Lerner and Menendez off the hook, maybe he wouldn't consider it. If he doesn't then go to the President if that doesn't work, then present his case to the public and that doesn't work he should quit n disgust and run for President. Crooks that are not prosecuted when evidence is clear are an affront to the Constitution.
