yep wife, 3 kids and myself live in less than that.

I know a Federal worker who works at a Marine Corps base as a civilian, and trust me he hardly ever works.
I asked him if it was alright to come on the base, and he said no problem he would give me a tour. States how hard he works and yet seems to finish at 12 on a Friday , if he even works on a Friday, and then he and his wife go off and visit another city for the weekend.
He gets paid just over 90 grand a year!!!
That’s par for the course for typical gov worker, although 90 grand is a little low.
He’ll retire with 100 grand for 30 years.

Currently death rows are bursting at capacity. Now is the time to fast track executions. Remove all obstacles to justice by appointing special "appeals panels" of judges appointed just for this purpose.
This would be the court of last appeal. No continuances, and no postponements. Set a two months hard limit on the process. Then proceed with "clean-up".
Justice delayed is justice denied. Clean-out death rows and the under-staffing "problem" is solved.

He tells his work, and others he is working at the weekends, and yet goes away every weekend, and yes we pay for that crap.
