The ADA only applies to service animals which are always dogs trained to do a task under their rules. I just looked and they say there are other rules for flights and various state rules as well. What a mess.
I would deny access to anyone with an emotional support,animal as too unstable to be around the rest of my customers and employees.
I find the nothing quite relaxing my nerves like having a ostrich next to me on a commercial flight.
You’re not kidding about the mess this companion animal thing has caused.
I was unaware of it until my daughter flew in 2 years ago and said she sat next to a dog for the 6 hour trip.
She said it was a small,quiet,dog and there were no problems but it certainly surprised me.
The website that the Commonwealth of Massachusetts refers you to for registration will,for a fee, HAVE A MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL DIAGNOSE YOU OVER THE PHONE.

Have you ever been near a peacock when it screams? It can levitate you off your bed in the middle of the night from a half mile away.
Ranches use them for guard birds. They can fly as high as the peak of the barn roof & they can see anything at night. When they screech- something is wrong.
One of the sounds of my youth. There was a colony of them a couple of blocks away and they’d let’er rip late in the afternoon.

How about an emotional support ferret? gerbil? finch?

And neighbors will keep calling the police to report a woman calling for help on your property.

Peacock Tongue Jalou Horderves
Extract 4 or 5 hundred peacock tongues being careful to include the thick part at the base. Wash in clear water and pat dry
Saute in a warm skillet with butter and just a little white wine. Sprinkle lightly with ground tamerisk leaf stems
Toast Persian bread rounds til very lightly brown. Spoon on the warm Peacock tongues to 50 milimeter rounds lightly brushed with extra virgin olive oil.
If the girl you’re with makes noise like a peacock, think carefully about what you’re doing at that moment. You’re either a serial killer, or you’re doing something very, very right.
