The media narrative engineers are busy at work attempting to cloud the constitutional framework behind the accurate, lawful, sequence of steps surrounding the Nunes House Intel Memo. Dont fall for the tricks.
The legislative branch has now voted in committee to declassify the House Intelligence Memo on FISA-702 abuse, and systemic fraudulent DOJ/FBI use therein. The memo has been sent to the executive branch for review and public release approval.
The White House has five days to review. Any DOJ or FBI officials who have a position against public release are now responsible to make their case known to the Office of the President who is in charge of them, and the executive branch.
Specifically because the Chief Executive (President ) granted permission for FBI Director Christopher Wray to see the intelligence memo prior to the House Intel vote; Director Wray and Asst. AG Rosenstein had an obligation to debrief the executive on their findings. Thats why Wray and Rosenstein were at the West Wing yesterday. However, the vote last evening transferred the declassification decision to the executive.
Likely the National Security Council, the Office of Legal Counsel, and all relevant Intelligence agency heads will have an opportunity to review and provide input prior to President Trump giving his final approval for declassification and making the document public. Tweet,.. not accidental:

Following the constitutional framework, POTUS now holds all the cards.
Anticipating the executive branch wanting the Tuesday and Wednesdays media cycles to remain focused on the Presidential State of the Union address, dont anticipate memo release prior to late Wednesday (earliest), or, more likely, Thursday.

Local news was trying to frame his memo coming out as bad for Trump.
They really are terrified.
I think he’s gonna try and flip some dems who are afraid they will be implicated by info in report...he will want them to expose obama and hillary and comey and the rest for future consideration...this way Hillarys own party will vomit them out. He wont be seen as goin after the loser...this explains hillarys idiotic appearance at the grammys...i.e. To keep her brainwashed followers brainwashed...garner some ancient foggy notion of empowerment and moral superority for her feckless minions..i kinda believe trump knew all about this corruption long before running for election.

Good analysis.
Carried to final conclusion, The FISA warrant investigators are on the fourth floor and the Email investigators/ Clinton Foundation are up on the sixth floor. The investigations are compartmentalized with supervision up on the top floor monitoring everything
I think Trump will only make generalized comments about corruption, and he won’t mention the memo. It will be an upbeat, positive speech. He has plenty to brag about.
Beginning tomorrow, all hell begins to break loose.
Just my option.
Ack! option = opinion.
Well said!
Trump will call for the appointment of a special counsel to look into DOJ/FBI/IC corruption...

That point can not be over-stated. I occasionally visit some of the network news discussions and witness the utter trash and nonsense they continue to foist on their listeners.
Those of us here at Free Republic are part of the new media. We have those here with first hand knowledge that help us understand what the media can never understand. We watch as raw data moves through the MSM and comes out the other end looking nothing like it started.
We watch Sarah Sanders patiently trying to educate the press in the newsroom that the facts will not be twisted to conform to their agenda.
I had a co-worker call Mr. Trump a clown. I bite my tongue to save myself from saying something I could not take back, but wanted to say, You meant Senator Schumer, Right?
We have an effective President that quickly learned the lesson of Reagan - Do not ever allow the MSM to carry your water, they will poison it.
For those of us that watched Trump rallies and speeches during the campaign; witnessed the effective speeches in Saudi Arabia, Jerusalem, the U.N., Asia and last week in Davos, we know the persuasive ability of our President.
This man is our 21st Century Teddy Roosevelt. He knows how to use the Bully Pulpit for our advantage.
Watch the leftist media go into overdrive rationalizing how there’s no crime here, no need for a counsel with subpoena and prosecution powers...
Already saw this on CBS this morning. They are conceding the memo is true but still hoping Mueller will prove collusion. They are going down kicking and screaming.
LIKE
No need for special counsel at DOJ if an effective AG were in place. Look for Scott Pruitt to move over from EPA to replace Sessions. It is time.
Our media is missing out on the biggest story in 50 years...
...it’s amazing to watch.
No rush. Timing is everything.
Do SOTU; get a couple of days of analysis; when it starts to fade, release the memo.
Don’t step on what should be a great SOTU with this news. Bad enough McCabe stepped on it yesterday. Wait until mid-next week to release the memo.
I’m not one of those that believes Trump plays 32 dimensional chess, but this document, if it is as juicy as some suspect, is something that needs to be timed just right. It may be before the SOTU, or after. It also may be after the press responds to the SOTU. There is room there for some serious popcorn scarfing events and moments.
I’m sure it’s going to be very interesting, and that a lot of thought will be put into exactly when to present it to the public.
So, you mean that a Seattle or Hawaii federal judge can’t block them from releasing it? :-D
Declassify it tonight and read it to public during SOU speech!
