AUSTIN — A federal judge on Monday blocked a controversial state law that requires miscarried or aborted fetuses to be cremated or buried. U.S. District Court Judge David Ezra of San Antonio issued a preliminary injunction that bars Texas officials from carrying out the law, which would have taken effect Thursday. The case grew out of an earlier lawsuit, brought by the Center for Reproductive Rights on behalf of Whole Woman's Health and other abortion providers, to challenge a regulation from the Department of State Health Services that said fetal remains must be buried.

A Reagan Appointee. Why Hawaii Judge needs to nosey around Texas is beyond me.

As far as Reagan goes, I will just say that this is why I think Trump is a million times better.

Texas should just ignore and continue to enforce.
The so-called “judge” has no standing.

This is the 2005 Sanctity of Life Act bill sponsored by Dr. Ron Paul:

https://www.congress.gov/bill/109th-congress/house-bill/776

- Roe V Wade is immediately nullified
- SCOTUS can't do a damn thing about it
- Federal judges can't do a damn thing about it
- Planned Parenthood, NARAL, and the Rat party can't do a damn thing about it
- Abortion instantaneously returns to the states, as it had prior to 1973.

Why does this article call a law requiring the respectful disposition of human remains to be “controversial”?

They prefer that the remains go out with the garbage.

It’s hard to sell the remains after they’ve been cremated. The Judge is just looking after corporate interests.

[They prefer that the remains go out with the garbage.]

ILLINOIS just passed a law declaring a fetus is nonhuman. EVIL.

Yes, why a judge in Hawaii rules on Texas burial laws?! Why object to burial of a fetus? The judges have a dangerous amount of power, and they repeatedly abuse it.

Dump the remains in the Judge’s backyard. The judge will not permit a proper burial.... so dump the remains there.

Where are you getting the Hawaii judge from? The article says, “U.S. District Court Judge David Ezra of San Antonio issued a preliminary injunction that bars Texas officials from carrying out the law, which would have taken effect Thursday.” A Texas judge has blocked the Texas law...

When we lost my son in WI he was far enough along we were required to do this as well. Been on the books there for quite some time. Not sure why this one would be any different.

How many of those Reagan appointees are even around anymore? I’d like to see his record. But, I agree that Trump is very good.
