Trump administration asks Supreme Court to immediately accept DACA case
Washington Post ^ | Jan. 18, 2018 | Robert Barnes

The Trump administration on Thursday night took the unusual step of asking the Supreme Court to immediately review and overturn a judge’s ruling that said the administration may not dismantle a program that provides work permits to undocumented immigrants raised in the United States.

Solicitor General Noel J. Francisco asked the court to add the case to its docket this term. That would be unusual because the justices usually wait for an appeals court to act before accepting a case, and because it is late in the game for the court to add cases to its oral argument calendar, which ends in April.

They should take it and slap down this silly ruling by that judge, but they probably won’t.

Why WaPhole? Because the so-called "judge" has no or any legal leg to stand on. He's a dumb activist "judge". No need to waste time with it at the 9th Circus.

SCOTUS needs to get off their asses and do this. These little faggot Federal “judges” are overstepping their authority to run this country. It has to stop and these commie activist piggies need to be put in their place.

California’s taking on the federal government with sanctuary cities and writing new laws of their own, to oppose government established laws on immigration, is obstructing constitutional laws and rights of the American “Citizen” in order to protect illegals via Daca.

They won’t be able to sweep this one under the rug, this one is going to have to be fought to a decisive conclusion.

Since O’Muslim did an illegal EO to make DACA, it should be appropriate for Trump to do a legal EO to get rid it. But that’s too simple for Washington D.C.

Trump tried the carrot, but with some donkeys the only thing that works is the stick.
Let the beatings commence.

“SCOTUS needs to get off their asses and do this.”

SCOTUS needs to get off their asses period! They need to work at their jobs for a change, instead of contemplating their navels, trying to figure out how may angels can dance on the head of a pin, and vacationing half the year. SCOTUS translates into “lazy bastards in black robes!”

DACA is not a law. It is a DNC Business plan for voters, done by an illegal executive order by a president trying to fundamentally change America as we know it. As he promised to do. Legally or otherwise.

Can it be 5-4? Wouldn’t two of the justices have to recuse themselves since they’re involved in creating DACA in the first place?

Don’t bet money on it.
We have just 3 solid conservatives on the court.
Roberts and Kennedy are iffy at best.

Gotta wonder what coulter will yap about regarding this move. I’m sick to death of everyone who second guesses our President’s sincerity on this issue.

Yes, I believe you are right on this. ...and it’s going to be a fight. Will be interesting to see how California ‘citizens’ stand in this fight....it will be opposing illegals of which they’re loaded with.
