Most readers do not understand that Trump and Sessions have not made an Executive “policy” change, which they are allowed to do.
Instead, Trump and Sessions have claimed that Obama’s DACA is unconstitutional, and therefore it cannot be enforced.
The federal judge who rejected their case essentially said that Trump and Sessions have usurped the authority of the Judiciary, and that they have arbitrarily decided what is lawful and unlawful.
Bottom Line - Trump can revoke DACA anytime he wants to.
However, he needs to write an Executive Order that sounds like this:
“According to the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965, the DACA kids and their parents are unlawfully present in the USA. Therefore, I order the Secretary of Homeland Security to remove all of them from the country.”
The Courts can't touch an Executive Order like that.
But, tragically, I don't think Trump will ever write an E.O. like that.

SCOTUS needs to appoint a Master judge that deal with these types of issues between liberal appeal courts interfering with enumerated powers of another branch of government. The only other alternative is for Trump to just ignore the appeals court ... but I think that’s the Progressives are trying to provoke.

Needs to be repeated that it was an Executive Order that any succeeding President can rescind.
DACA is not Congressional law. DACA is NOT law in any way - it is Executive Brand policy. DACA is a stroke of the pen by Obambi and all excepted it - no lawsuits.
Trump has the same authority to negate it. Trump should just ignore this liberal Judge's finding while citing the Separation of Powers clause. Just ignore it and make the Judge try to enforce it. I'm sick of everything having to go through the judicial system when a case is clearly Un-Constitutional. Said lawsuit should have been thrown out ASAP.
As an aside: Notice the talk of Trump impeachment has gone away about firing Comey? Even the dims/MSM are realizing that the Executive Branch has the power to hire or fire at will, with or without cause.
