Coming from one who believes *ALL* EOs are illegal (I have yet to see one that doesn’t dabble in the ‘law-making’ side of things or attempted to subvert\thwart the Exec. responsibility of enforcing the Law): Zero’s EO creating DACA/DAPA is null and void, Trump needn’t write ANOTHER to rectify.
IMO, Trump should have, day ONE, written the FINAL EO: “ALL prior EOs are hereby null and void.”
