Ever time he issues an executive order there is some asswipe libtard judge rushing to overturn it, and then it gets dragged out in appeals etc. The fastest way to settle it all is SCOTUS. They kill it, it stays killed until another libtard enemy of the state occupies the White House.
Rusty, by not overturning the DACA E.O., he has the Dems boxed in to build his wall, end chain migration and ditch the lottery system. If he simply overturns the DACA E.O. he loses that with a single signature.
