I can assure you this insane judge will be bitched slapped to his knees. I heard a legal Scholar on Fox asses this case . I did not catch his name.
First the Judge had previously granted an absurd discovery order that would have shut down government agencies to comply. The appeal was filed and the judge filed his own brief in the Supreme Court!! That is not done— EVER!! That was so offensive to the Court they slapped him down 9-0!!
The essence of this insane decision is that the obama daca executive order was “law” and the Trump executive order could not change the prior illegal executive order. I honestly believe that this judge should immediately removed by impeachment. But we have no real conservatives protecting our constitution. We have too many Rinos and Anti democracy anti Trump establishment bastards who will do nothing to further America. They just want their power.

How can activists judges be prevented from making unconstitutional rulings to begin with?

President Trump is a “dingleberry” because he doesn’t run roughshod over a coequal branch of government, like his predecessor?

Comity
“Courtesy; respect; a disposition to perform some official act out of goodwill and tradition rather than obligation or law. The acceptance or Adoption of decisions or laws by a court of another jurisdiction, either foreign or domestic, based on public policy rather than legal mandate.

In comity, an act is performed to promote uniformity, limit litigation, and, most important, to show courtesy and respect for other court decisions. It is not to be confused with full faith and credit, the constitutional provision that various states within the United States must recognize the laws, acts, and decisions of sister states.

Comity of nations is a recognition of fundamental legal concepts that nations share. It stems from mutual convenience as well as respect and is essential to the success of international relations. This body of rules does not form part of International Law; however, it is important for public policy reasons.

Judicial comity is the granting of reciprocity to decisions or laws by one state or jurisdiction to another. Since it is based upon respect and deference rather than strict legal principles, it does not require that any state or jurisdiction adopt a law or decision by another state or jurisdiction that is in contradiction, or repugnant, to its own law.”

My guess would be that The Donald has flat run out of chewing gum. I think he’s close to using the stick.

Finally a good move.

The administration always had this power, the Executive has the right to go to the court of original jurisdiction.

Yes, get the court to throw it out, then start deporting expired waivers, force the Dems to come to the table and agree to terms—limited waiver for students, no chain migration for their illegal families, end chain migration entirely, end birthright citizenship, end federal funding, end sanctuary cities, mandate eVerify for current and future employees, etc. Get it all else watch these illegal aliens get legally deported! (Okay, we have wimpy Republicans in congress that will fold, so wishful thinking.)

“How can activists judges be prevented from making unconstitutional rulings to begin with”

There don’t seem to be any consequences, so why would they stop?

Tell the Scotus that he’s about ready to hire 10,000 deputy ICE Agents to round up every undocumented illegal immigrant in the country and has contracted with Exxon Mobil to use a couple of their supertankers to deport them to ..

That’s not entirely true - they get to leave voluntarily, else they will be chained together in the super tanker’s hold and the other end of the chain attached to the ship’s anchor ... just in case ...

If Congress would start impeaching federal judges that are legislating from the bench it may give the majority of the remaining a hint to knock it off.

Adds huge credibility to the threat against the hostages (DACA, Dreamers), if the Democrats refuse to cut a deal.

Deportations likely to start ramping up this election year, and Democrats will be hearing about it.

Time is against the Democrats dream of millions of new dependent Democrat voters.

Trump does not have to follow the order of the courts. He does so because he has respect for the system.

Obama didn't have the same respect..he ignored court *orders* at least twice..
