The laws range from further improving the Department of Veteran Affairs to cracking down on human trafficking and sexual assault.
He also signed bills that celebrate the African-American community.
Those include a commemoration of the 400th anniversary of the arrival of African-Americans in the country, and a law which establishes the African American Civil Rights Network within the National Park Service.

As if we haven’t had ENOUGH of that crap shoved down our throats for the past 50 years.
Chill out, dude!
If Trump can peel away even a few % of the black vote the Democraps are TOAST!
A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down. The AA bills were minimal from the look of it.
Haven’t we had enough celebrating and recognizing the afro community?
Once upon a time the only certification needed was to identify the people who were NOT qualified to operate commercial motor vehicles. Now we have people to certify that as well as that you ARE qualified. Does it really take both?
All I see is more gubment in these new laws. More gubment and more activist politicians.
Agree. My one major objection. Affirmative action is economic war on whites. Just one example. Let’s remember how the Africans have torn down our history in exhibits when MLK day comes about.
Me thinks that Martin Luther King has been diminished in a historic sense by the tribe that wanted to be integrated into American becoming Xenophobic and celebrating a cultural racism against those who welcomed them into a shared Vision of America.
Thanks smileyface.
And he did all this while not being able to read, locking himself in his room to watch the Gorilla channel and eat a Big Mac, and having extreme mental issues.
Imagine what he could accomplish if he wasn’t so impaired.
This is all well and good.
But it is high time we shed a bright light on pedophilia and expose the homosexual community as the most egregious of the guilty ones.
Homosexual marriage was pushed for to give the male homo’s all the privacy and legitimacy needed to molest and scroo up little boys’ minds.
I notice Hollywood completely ignored this issue, even when at least two males told their story of how they were sexually molested and how pervasive it is in the media culture.
Addressing this issue should have a top priority.
Being herded from a slave ship, in chains? Let's ask BET, BLM, NAACP, and the "Hamilton" cast if they want to coordinate on a prime-time special of re-enactments of that happy day.
The other stuff is window dressing.
Gimme a break. The biggest problem we’re facing is illegals flooding our country BECAUSE democrats think they’ll be reliable voters... AND dems play them against the ‘black community. We lost the gay marriage issue - time to move on...
Perhaps we can talk about Muslim slave traders.
You’re comparing apples to oranges, so to speak.
You missed the thrust of my point, by the way. My point is these laws address - in one way or another - abuse of humans, particularly minors. The “me too” activity of late totally dismissed the atrocities my post is referring to, namely, the abuse of young boys by the homosexual community. This is even when a couple of (now adults) came out and publicly told their story.
I brought up the ‘marriage’ thing to illustrate how much more widespread these atrocities are, since the abuse can easily be done in the privacy of their own home.
I am well aware of the corrosive effects to our culture and politics these illegal invaders hoist upon us. I agree wholeheartedly we need a major victory in that area.
