This guy needs to have his arse swatted into a prison
followed by rumors that he’s a snitch and a bitch.

Yes, but the other POS was the cop who shot the man to death.

Sorry, but this is about the swatter. But if you wish to start a thread to vent about your issues with police, feel free to do so.

Wrong. This is about an unarmed and entirely innocent American citizen murdered by the police.

That someone was able to successfully phone-in a police "hit" on someone says more about the state of law enforcement in this country than it does on the "swatter".

So, we'll just use this thread, thank you very much.

This kind of crap is why we need to bring back the punishment once known as “hard labor”.

I don’t know, but after a few weeks in jail, liberals will be claiming that another “non-violent offender” is in jail needlessly.

I’m with you: yes, the crud who called the false report in deserves severe punishment. - but the really important issue is how police doctrine and tactics changed to “shoot now and often”.

The guy was a dad, completely innocent and he did not deserve to be murdered in front of his family. I would even suggest that his life, as a US citizen, was every bit as important as a police officer’s life.

If our police are too scared, or too stupid, or too uncaring - maybe it’s time to shitcan the whole force and start over.

As I said, I understand you may have some severe issues having to do with first responders - but again, try reading comment 13.

When it comes to bomb threats and swatting - anything that can result in deadly violence - yes indeed.

It was a wrongful shooting by the police, but the POS who called in the fake report needs to do some serious time in prison.

Without the so-called first responders reckless actions, the ‘swatter’ would have been liable for making a false report, not murder via the first responder’s actions. You seem to believe that the swatter was solely responsible for the horrific outcome. ANYONE under color of authority has the ULTIMATE responsibility to ensure their actions are justifiable irregardless of who is making the accusations. The swatter made an unjustified accusation, the ‘first responders’ committed an unjustified kill based on that accusation. Who had the most responsibility for the outcome??

You mean the police didn’t shoot him at the front door?

He deserves capital murder and the death penalty.

Sorry, without a quote to what you’re responding to I can’t respond back - tho it wouldn’t matter, since I didn’t write the news article to which you’re replying anyway.

As I suggested, writing a vanity post about your issues might be a better way to vent them.
Though I do appreciate the rather bizarre irony of someone ranting against a perceived rash move while demanding the person who was perceived to have made such a move be immediately hanged on the spot. Interesting phenomena.

Oh now, we can't have any discussion in this thread about police killing an innocent person in their own home, even though it is mentioned in the cited article.
That would just be uncomfortable.
Being comfortable by not reading negative things about the police is much more important than innocent people being killed by them. /S

Apply the Felony Murder Rule. If you act as any part of a felony, and any person is killed for any reason during the commission of the felony, then you are on the hook for murder.

Give him a long sentence, make it very public, and "swatting" will suddenly become a much less popular pastime.

Yep - even if there is no bad ending, the punishment should be very strong.

Extradite him to Kansas, charge him with 1st degree murder and seek the death penalty.

“Extradite him to Kansas, charge him with 1st degree murder and seek the death penalty.”

If he made the call, he should expect that outcome.
