There’s a YouTube channel I’ve been fascinated with, I guess this guy goes around the various “hoods” and films what goes on. He must have a pretty convincing disguise, because nobody seems to mess with him. There’s a lot of material from Detroit.

Did you notice the shower cap on her hair? That’s been a ghetto fashion for a couple years now. I can’t imagine going out in public with a shower cap on my hair instead of combing/styling it, but that’s ghetto fashion. Used to see students walking around the halls of schools with shower caps on their heads.

Stop giving out freebies, and arrest the sorry parents for NOT providing for them.
Years ago when we heard about a genuinely poor family, the local people donated, and the Churches gathered goods and money to help them. It wasn’t done to certain “classes” of people, or special interest groups, or color-coded...it was done on an individual basis, through indivisible referral.
The free(er) things get, the more riots there are to obtain them.
