CHICAGO (WLS) -- Cook County Commissioner Richard Boykin headed to the United Nations in New York Thursday to ask for help fighting violence in Chicago.
"I'm hoping to appeal the UN to actually come to Chicago and meet with victims of violence and maybe even possibly help out in terms of peace keeping efforts," Boykin said.
Boykin boarded a plane to New York City for a meeting with an Assistant Secretary General of the United Nations. It's a meeting that's been planned for more than a month and stems from disconcerting violence numbers seen this year in Chicago. Violence which is felt particularly hard in many African American communities.

Bring the UN in? Go for it, and the crime rate will just increase. Maybe not murders, but looting, sexual assault, and child molestation definitely will. Moron doesn’t understand that most of the so called peacekeepers the UN uses, come from $h!tholes in africa and muslim countries. Morons. But hey, maybe the southside gang bangers could learn a trick or two from the blue helmets.
The US will not allow foreign troops to occupy US land.

I meant the comment with sarcasm. Chicago has had a high murder rate for years, probably higher in the obama years. My sarcasm meant it will be blamed on Trump, similar to whatever obama could blame crap on Bush.
The giveaway to sarcasm was my statement: “While the UN is at it, they might as well set up a provisional government with Hitlery as head of state.” A good lib would never call that waste of human flesh “Hitlery”.
My 2nd Amend comment has to do with blue helmets being good for target practice as they would be an invading force in a sovereign nation.

UN peacekeepers in Chicago? The moment they encounter the Blackstone Rangers, Gangster Disciples, Latin Kings or Four Corner Hustlers, the Blue Helmets will turn and run.
