Now, when Obama was president, Erdogan (with Bill Ayers) was sending shiploads of rioters who were killing Israeli soldiers. With Trump at the helm, Erdogan calls for calm.

On the other hand, I’ve been watching a Turkish cop show on Netflix. If the TV show is any reflection of Turkish society, it is a blend of everything from the very secular to the deeply Muslim. No Christians anywhere to be seen, by the way.
The cops are portrayed as very secular, only nominally Muslim, if at all. They go out for beer after work.
According to the show, the deeply Muslim are every bit as likely to be criminals as the secular university students.
A lot of wife beating and child beating from the deeply religious. And the men are extremely protective of the womenfolk to the point of idiocy, where it is unwelcome by the women.

The Beast was around in Jesus’ day while Turkey was not. That of course does not eliminate Erdogan as one of the “many antichrists” mentioned in 1 John 2:18.
Not to mention there were no “Palestinians” around back then.
Sultan Erdogan is threatening to flood Europe with millions of Turkish males if he doesn’t get his way.
Now he thinks he can arouse the 1.6 billion strong Ummah to violence with a wave of the hand.
