Late Wednesday, the Alabama Secretary of States office issued a statement claiming what it described as a misleading ad from the Birmingham-based pro-Doug Jones super PAC Highway 31 was removed by Google at its behest.
According to the release, the office headed by John Merrill required several intense discussions, but resulted in Google removing the ad.
Secretary Merrills team contacted the Media and Advertising team at Google (YouTubes parent company) and through several intense discussions and many references to Alabama State Law the team at Google felt the ad should be disapproved and that it was in violation of the AdWords advertising policies.

If that standard was applied to the TV media, 75% of Jokes ads would go away.
YES!
And we have to stop conyers 3 from going to the senate, he not only raps about bad behavior, he does it just like his old man.
Conyers 111 been a BAD BOY

Google did the right thing?
Broken clock?
I sadly admit that I use them a lot.
Protesting Target and Walmart (selling BLM online and now ANTIFA) and NFL (admit to watching Jets last week) and budweiser for gay marriage commercials on NFL last year..etc.
Getting TIRED of having narrower and narrower outlets.
At some point, a little common sense has to be used.
Give to Caesar what is Caesar’s, etc.
THIS is the designated Conyers successor, his SON..?!?!

(video the son made during his foray into rap, says N-word 30 times or more)
Thanks for the link. I watched more of it than I wanted to of the three minutes twenty-some seconds. Perhaps I can regain some of the IQ points I lost by lunchtime. The House and Senate need to have sort of of means and abilities testing procedures before any more sub-humans like this are seated.
That is the future of the South. Too many whites can’t be bothered with raising children. Too many others can’t stop.
Pulling the ad is a good first step, but somebody needs to be charged with voter intimidation. Youre not suppose to be allowed to threaten voters.
Apparently that’s the business/income model that enables them to deliver this sort of alternative news coverage to us.
While I too find the ads annoying, I won’t complain too much considering the good they’re doing.
On my PC Breitbart the one popup, the one asking me to subscribe. I x that and the rest is clear. I don’t have a “phone” and, observing everyone around me, I conclude that my days are a lot less hectic thereby. And, when I am out of touch- I am out of touch and do not have to listen to the recrimminations of callers complaining that I don’t answer my phone.
On the news last night out of Memphis mentally troubled 17, picked up by PD, for soliciting, turned loose, mother has done EVERYTHING to get her help, she is dying of stage 4 Breast Cancer, girl soon turns 18, and will have nowhere but the streets and Pimps to go to. Instead of a mental institution where she belongs. Mom has stacks of legal paper asking for help, being denied.
For Pete’s sake Download Ghostary and install it. It is free and you can cruise in and out of Breitbart and still chat with discus there. Easy peasy

calling someone a child-predator based on unproven, suspicious, 40 year old allegations should be criminal.
Moore should sue every one of these women AND every news outlet that called him a child-predator, when this is all over.
I assume that after Franken resigns, Judge Moore will be repeatedly asked through the election if he will resign even if elected.
Attn: Attorney General of the United States, the honorable Jeff Sessions.
18 U.S. Code § 594 - Intimidation of voters
“Whoever intimidates, threatens, coerces, or attempts to intimidate, threaten, or coerce, any other person for the purpose of interfering with the right of such other person to vote or to vote as he may choose, or of causing such other person to vote for, or not to vote for, any candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, Delegate from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner, at any election held solely or in part for the purpose of electing such candidate, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.”
In addition, based on the information that PAC Highway 31 has engaged in a violation of 18 U.S. Code § 594, the Internal Revenue Service should be notified of this violation, so that this PAC may have its status suspended and lose anonymity of its executives and donors.
I totally agree.
Should have been included in the original Constitution.
Founding Fathers' political malpractice by omission...
Of course, at the time, no normal, rational, educated, ethical citizen could imagine that as a problem.
The poor quality of recent Supreme Court members have just compounded the problem.
Hard to imagine three members of a 9-member Supreme Court being perverts themselves.
Whites in the south are different from Illinois
Problem in Nashville is Ilinois is moving here
I don't have that problem...
