Jeff Sessions: I Have No Reason to Believe Judge Moore Accusers are Lying

Democrat Sheila Jackson Lee fired off several questions today on Republican Judge Roy Moore during the House Judiciary hearing with Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

Lee accused Judge Roy Moore of five counts of child sexual activity today during testimony at the House Judiciary Committee.

So far two women have accused Judge Moore of illicit sexual activity with minors. Three others were teens when they accused Judge Moore of sexual advances which would not be illegal due to the age of the women at the time.

Jeff Sessions told Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee he had no reason to believe Judge Moore accusers were lying.

They can’t kick him out, but if he gets in

... they CAN kick him out. See Article 1 Section 5 of the US Constitution. They absolutely can expel him from the US Senate. Just needs 66 votes, and they've already got 40+ (Demonrats). You don't think 26 RINO GOPe types won't vote to remove Alabama's elected Senator. Sure they would.

As an Alabamian, the thought of it enrages me, but it is Constitutional.

Sessions is Forrest Gump with 5 more points and some adderal to keep him awake. Sure a good man. Sure a decent man of all he is cognitively aware of. But he ain’t all too aware of much.

Primary this miserable old SOB.

Who are you talking about? Jeff Sessions is the Attorney General of the US. That's an appointed position, confirmed by the Senate.

I’ve always thought that the Dems have photos of Sessions being a phoofter. Wouldn’t play well for the “Christian gentleman”.

Your answer would be appropriate.

Unfortunately, Sessions didn’t state his reply as you’ve written.

He’s given the lefties a lot of ammo to work with. A handful of Rs are attempting to assist Sessions, but he keeps snatching victory from the jaws of defeat.

Hey Jeff...because they’re being paid?

Corfman’s kid is a flaming Leftist Atheist who posts on the web all the time about it (see GotNews.com for this).

Where do you think he got that attitude from?

Mommy’s lying when she says she supported Trump. It’s a scam, and she expects a big payday if she helps take down Moore.

So screw you Sessions you worthless Traitor. We all see who you are now.

Never Trumpers and drive by media radio talk hosts are having a field day ignoring the fact that all of the accusers were of the age of legal consent. Including the one claiming when 14 years old. For her accusations are the juiciest. Which they gleefully relate and dwell on in a touchy feel-ly manner as if it came off of a police report yesterday. Not as a unsubstantiated recollection from 40 years ago. Because they know these are damaging accusations which will be almost impossible to disprove.

Despite that fact that it has been uncovered that two of his accusers are working for the Perversion Party and that their accusations are false and politically motivated. The drivebys and the nevers media are not reporting this but are mentioning one accuser is a “Republican” but never name the person.

Here is background on two accusers. One works for the perverts that one knows the one who claimed she was 14. But was actually 17 at the time? http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3603606/posts

someone named Roy signed it Moore’s last name was added to it.

A third reason to doubt. That pig, Gloria Allred, is involved. She has pulled the exact same stunt many times against Republicans running for office. Many times.

Excellent! Allred was involved with Roe v Wade and has a motive for wanting to take down Moore. Therefore she must recuse herself.

Sessions isn't up to the job, as nice and honorable as he is.

That was all a facade, I see now. He apparently was the AG designate by the Swamp to recuse himself so the Swamp Creatures would not be prosecuted. Even if Sessions was blackmailed 6 ways to Sunday to force him to do this, I still think he is a coward and unfit for the office.

"....These allegations are both persistent and disturbing. We have no conclusive evidence of wrongdoing, but the seriousness of the allegations, and the weight of circumstantial information, compel an effort to establish the facts...."

Your statement is great. Did you make it up or did you get it from somewhere?

It's a classic.

Sessions: ‘I have no reason to believe a Christian man over women with histories of making false accusations and/or who are being paid big bucks by WaPo and Allred.’

Come on, Sessions’ fans. He’s not who you thought he was.

That brings up the question, has an elected legislator ever been denied a seat in the U.S. Congress?

No, he’s not. I want him out of the US AG’s office, and to never run for anything in Alabama ever again. In fact, if Alabama gets run out of the Union, I want him exiled, banished across the border, never to return on pain of death.

They can only refuse to seat if he is not constitutionally qualified, by court precedent.

Don't forget Cruz too, if you're bringing up thorns-in-the-side.

Cruz will seem like vanilla ice cream compared the flavor Moore would bring to the Senate.

I really don't think after weathering this smear campaign and getting elected, that he's ever going to have an impact on the Senate except in two ways:

He will be another vote for Trump's agenda more than likely.

And he will expose the crooks in DC and won't care what people think. He's a hard charger.

The Senate needs a hatchet man like Moore right now. Just like we needed Trump for the country. The Swamp is deep and slimy. Trump could use some help draining it.

has an elected legislator ever been denied a seat in the U.S. Congress?

1862 was the last time in the US Senate. In the same era, the US Senate expelled 10 Southern US Senators:

On July 11, 1861, the Senate quickly passed Senate Daniel Clark's resolution, expelling all 10 southern senators by a vote of 32 to 10. By the following February, the Senate expelled another four senators for offering aid to the Confederacy. Since 1862, despite considering expulsion in an additional 16 instances, the Senate has removed no member under this provision.

Looks like they're taking up the tricks of their Demonrat ancestors. Civil war coming, again. Mass death. Again.
