Jeff Sessions: I Have No Reason to Believe Judge Moore Accusers are Lying

Democrat Sheila Jackson Lee fired off several questions today on Republican Judge Roy Moore during the House Judiciary hearing with Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

Lee accused Judge Roy Moore of five counts of child sexual activity today during testimony at the House Judiciary Committee.

So far two women have accused Judge Moore of illicit sexual activity with minors. Three others were teens when they accused Judge Moore of sexual advances which would not be illegal due to the age of the women at the time.

Jeff Sessions told Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee he had no reason to believe Judge Moore accusers were lying.

I have long held that the crime and corruption is so deep and wide in D.C. that there is no way in hell they will dare to let an investigation into Hillary, DNC, Comey, Lynch-on-the-tarmac and more ever begin.

I WAS RIGHT!

Jim Jordan just ran down the entire list of things we know to be true about the Clinton/Comey deception and Sessions said there is no factual reason to convene a special counsel.

HILLARY IS RULED TO BE ABOVE THE LAW- END OF DISCUSSION!

This ginned-up Moore scandal will probably result in a conservative backlash next year. I looks like WaPo, Allred, and the swamp are about to get Moore removed as a candidate regardless of the wishes of the voters in Alabama. Ordinary citizens are mad enough already. Maybe we should let nature take its course.

You mean the old tried and true Rat reasoning: “These allegations are both persist ent and disturbing. We have no conclusive evidence of wrongdoing, but the seriousness of the allegations, and the weight of circumstantial information, compel an effort to establish the facts.”

If the Senate refuses to seat Moore when elected, THAT should be the final straw which starts the next civil war.

I think the uniparty knows this and is fighting for their life on this one. They can’t kick him out, but if he gets in, he has a bully pulpit from which he can be a conservative “thorn” in their side, like Rand and his dad.

Ahhhh, but it is only the seriousness of the accusations IF the accused is a REPUBLICAN. Democrats skate, no matter what the accusations. ALWAYS.

Dear POTUS,

Did you know that Jeff Sessions was working for the swamp when you appointed him attorney general? If not, do you at least realize it now? You have foxes in your own hen house. It's time to release the hounds.

Thank you,

Sessions’ response is FAR better than McConnell’s weasely “I believe the women” crap. Judicious.

“No reason to doubt” is a millimeter better than “I believe them,” for what that’s worth, which is not much.

Yes there is certainly at least two reasons to suspect this whole thing is a ruse — the timing of the charges and the fact that it is out of character for Moore as demonstrated over a lifetime of service.

While it is possible Moore did these things he deserves the benefit of the doubt absent proof.

I heard that one; he must have forgotten how many came forward against Trump last year.

I can’t imagine a law enforcement official saying anything else- without solid evidence of lying.

Exactly! So much for evidence being introduced, before assigning guilt to the accused.

What a ho SJL is, too, for using a Trump sign, as a prop to her irrelevant question.

It is really hard to believe an AG would even comment, let along assuming guilt before evidence/investigation. Assuming Sessions really said that, it would seem he has outed himself and perhaps his leg-humping minions, as both look more and more like swamp creatures with each passing day.

When asked Sessions should have said

“I can’t speak about that issue since it involves my former Senate seat. Thus I have to recuse myself from that question.”

“Assuming Sessions really said that”

Yeah, he said that.

Sessions is not a mole. He was a good man but those embarrassing photos of him will be released unless he cooperates.
