Sen. Ted Cruz on Monday withdrew his support from Alabama GOP Senate nominee Roy Moore, saying allegations of sexual misconduct should be looked at by prosecutors.
“As it stands, I can’t urge the people of Alabama to support a campaign in the face of these charges without serious, persuasive demonstration that the charges are not true,” the Texas Republican told reporters, according to a Texas Tribune reporter.
“Both last week and this week, there are serious charges of criminal conduct that if true, not only make him unfit to serve in the Senate but merit criminal prosecution,” he added.

Yes, he was evasive. Last night on Hannity, Judge Jeanine was very suspicious. Greg Jarrett didn’t believe him at all.
OTOH, I don’t understand the 2 colors in the year book comment the new woman is claiming. The Moore portion versus the handwritten portion preceding it appear different in time somehow.
Nor do I understand no sex and penetration. All of these are about kissing, groping, and struggling, but when resisted the guy just gives up and goes about his business.
It all doesn’t add up for me, so I’m waiting for more evidence.
Alabama is closer and closer to electing a radical liberal because of this. They would never do that otherwise. Ot will be a false election.
Strange needs to resign and Sessions needs to be reappointed to the seat he won by statewide election.

ANY politician who doesn’t seem to understand “innocent until proven guilty,” but thinks it’s OUR responsibility to “prove” ourselves innocent should not be in office.
I wonder is there any thing Moore could do to lose support with conservatives. Outside of Bannon is there any political figure who still supports him. Not even Trump. Dating high school girls when you’re in your 30’s, which he hasnt denied, bad for future in politics.
Great point. There would be recent changes if Moore is truly a predator. Weinstein accusations span many years.

Nope. It is for the women’s vote. If you do not support Moore and he wins, nothing lost. But if you support him and he loses, that’s two strikes.
