It appears that Mueller staff and/or Congressional staff are illegally leaking confidential subpoenaed Trump documents to the media. It appears that Trump Jr. will be the next target.

The Atlantic, naturally, is still pushing the idea that the Russians leaked the DNC emails to Wikileaks and refers to "American intelligence agencies" (code for two highly partisan Obama appointees--Clapper and Brennan).

It appears that Trump Jr. will be the next target. What makes you say that? I ask because my ad blocker prevented me from reading the article, and I do not want unsolicited email from them just to read it.
My question is, how did WikiLeaks think Donald Trump Jr. could spread it far & wide to a larger degree then WikiLeaks itself. It sounds like more baseless accusations. Even if it is true, there is nothing wrong with corresponding, especially if no action was taken.
