He has confessed to both a hard party lifestyle and of course a mental illness. I’m sure Dreyfuss feels terrible about anything that happened of this nature but over a period of years and she didn’t say anything to him before now ? These men need to start filing some serious civil libel suits.
No, as long as you are not taking IT OUT and doing things with it in the office in front of guests.
Funny small moment on SNL last night was when the host said re how to behave in Hollywood, if the people in your office have THEIR CLOTHES ON, your thing thing cannot come out. Ha.
Naw, you can compliment people in public like that. You can’t compliment at YOUR WORK about women especially under you in stature, I know, and it is kind of stupid, but you can compliment a flight attendant or a clerk somewhere, and it shouldn’t be offensive unless it was a sexual compliment like hot rack or some such. No woman should mind being called good looking, or that is a pretty dress. No mention of “hotness” or what you would like to do to her... ;)
As far as what I am telling my sons about the difference between flirting or kindly hitting on a girl at work, vs harassment is
1) you have to ask her to go somewhere off work premises. Get coffee, see a band, grab a burger, a beer, etc. That is the only thing you can legally ask her.
2) if the answer was pretty negative, that was it. Never ask again.
That about covers it. All the times I was harassed, it was about what they’d like to do to me or calling me a sexy name, etc, and if I asked them to knock it off, they didn’t, that was true harassment. Keep to my rules above and you can ask a girl out or gage her interest in something romantic while not breaking any company rules or mores.
I just assume that they are all sexual deviants in Ho-wood. That is the job requirement. Any normal heterosexual male or female is not allowed or would be so disgusted that they would leave immediately.

So Dreyfuss was “Trolling” the writer with bait on a pole? Gee, the Dems call conservatives “Trolls” all the time. Wonder if they ever looked in the mirror? They might see Dreyfuss, Little Anthony’s Wiener, Barney’s Frank, Gary Studds (d, thank God), Kevin Spacey, and Madonna, among a thousand others.

I mean, I've been a roadie for a stupid band (for about 4 or 5 months and for a time I worked the lights.
I sat in the audience or off to the side and had girls fondling me.

That was my only real life experience and I know the band (as lousy as it was) also had a few groupie events.
If all this in the 1970's occurred so casually, did it not happen in the 1930's, 40's, 50's, 60's ???
So with all this normal sex for guys, I'm sure there was the same for girls (as well as the gay or weird) .... WHY would any celebrity (outside of sheer twistedness) force anyone for sex?

With all the very recent allegations and confessions, it is now a “legitimate” social issue. Also more liberals have now been named.
I've worked in hospital's for years....
I'm a dude..and I can't tell you how many times...I've been sorta rubbed on..when it wasn't needed..
And how many come on things I've been told...
Had a family... sister, daughter nearly gush all over me...

A couple of comments about your post. It is not stupid. It is prudent. In the current environment you are prey. Don't give the enemy ammunition. Also, your comments about the stewardess (really obsolete term) it can easily not be a case of misunderstanding, but a SJW deliberately looking for offense or, if you look affluent, a case of trying to create an incident for fun "justice" and profit.
Dreyfuss has a reputation for bad temper and bad behavior. I believe it.
One of the better SNL skits recently had female office workers dealing with a Tom Brady type as opposed to a regular schmoe. Everything one of the guys did was some sort of sexual harassment, while the other guy doing the similar or worse things led to female swooning and flirting. You can guess which guy got what.

It’s getting to the point where I think they are intentionally marginalizing the phrase “sexual assault” just like they have racist.
Over-saturating us all so that real sexual assault happens unnoticed.
