"Term of art" is an odd way of describing our Constitution. Apparently, the meaning of "high crimes and misdemeanors" is in the Penumbra and covers whatever democrats want it to include or exclude. It does not include perjury, not if those lies are 'just about sex', but it does include making Hillary and her supporters cry. An impeachment simply to overturn the will of the voters would be, to put it mildly, imprudent.
