Celebrities and others were swift and blistering in their condemnation of actor Kevin Spacey’s Twitter apology to fellow actor Anthony Rapp early Monday.
Spacey, 58, issued the statement after a BuzzFeed News report alleged that the “House of Cards” star had sexually harassed Rapp when he was just 14. In his statement, Spacey did not deny the incident but said he could “not remember the encounter.”
“If I did behave then as [Rapp] describes, I owe him the sincerest apology for what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior,” Spacey wrote.
The Oscar-winning actor then came out as gay, saying Rapp’s story had “encouraged me to address other things about my life.”

so his excuse is that he is a homosexual, and he thinks he was drunk at the time of the encounter he doesn’t remember.

Well, its a pleasant surprise that Spacey is being slammed for trying to use his homosexuality as a “get out of jail free” card.
How have all the pedophile priests avoided being painted as GAY all these years? Constantly acting as if faggotry and pedophilia are completely different. Big story about outing all the priests. But gay scout leaders? No problem!!
And related to that, male homosexuals as a group are very promiscuous. They have no moral compass, no ethical compass, no regard to legal matters as it relates to their behavior with underage children. As a group, they have high rates of such behaviors.
The way the media covered the issues with Catholic priests, they covered those stories as “child abuse” in general terms, without regard to who the most likely victims were. The most common victims were boys and young men, but, the media chose to gloss over that fact.
No, he’s being slammed because he “went there” in associating homosexuality with underage sex. They’ve been so careful to depict pedophilia as separate and distinct from homosexuality, and Kevin Spacey’s damaged all that. If he’d merely “come out” with no other repercussions they’d be publicly applauding while snickering behind his back because everybody and I mean everybody already knew. The only one who didn’t know everybody knew apparently is Kevin Spacey.
