This stupid church won’t change my mind about Washington’s greatness.
If we expect everyone in the past to have made no mistakes and to ignore any great thing they ever did in lieu of those mistakes we won’t have any statues or memorials left. In fact, the Left will make sure we won’t have a history. Here Trump was more prescient than I was and way ahead of the curve.

You are right, they can't remove the reason for it to be a National Historic Landmark.
Patriotic members of that congregation (if any) need to inform the pastor that they now feel unwelcome and will be going elsewhere.

Revolutionary War/George Washington list interest?
My immediate reaction was disgust because I thought it was Pohick, not Christchurch Alexandria. But, it’s just as well, that church doesn’t deserve any claim to fame via association with George Washington, it’s a pale, corrupt imitation of the church he knew.
Liberals are playing the altruistic human now, while engaging in evil at every opportunity.
He may be a trial run for all we know.
I think the enemy tests the waters every once in a while to see how ready the world is for him. Raises up someone who will fit the bill and waits to see if people fall for it.
Just speculation on my part but it would make sense to do that.

Washington began attending the church soon after it opened in 1773, and bought a pew there. He attended for more than 20 years, though he appeared more regularly at Pohick Church, southwest of his estate at Mount Vernon.
