They committed murder. They knew what the result of hitting a windshield with a large rock would be. Life in prison is the least they should get because while they’re getting three meals a day at taxpayer expense the guy they killed is still rotting in his grave. When the get out in 10 or 15 years at most their victim will still be dead. Personally I think public hanging would send a better message to other filth that dropping rocks on moving vehicles has co sequences.
We had some piece of filth who killed a woman here in ga about 20 years ago by dropping a cinder block off an overpass. I think he’s now out on parole. But same comment. His victim is still dead
And attempted murder on many other counts I hope.

throwing ANYTHING at a car can result in a death..
When I was a teen, I threw a few eggs at cars once or twice.. the fact is ... the egg could have shocked them/ blocked their vision and they could have crashed and died easily. And I would be a murderer.
So scary to think how many seemingly innocent things can go horribly wrong and ruin tons of lives.
