a couple of thoughts:
1. I have never believed for even one second that President Trump or anyone close to him committed election or financial crimes or even behaved unethically, so I’ve always wondered what it was exactly that Mueller was investigating. I always figured at the very least that Mueller would eventually come out and say that after a very through investigation, nothing was found, and that his would be really good news for President Trump and really bad news for those who’ve been publicizing the fake “Russian Conspiracy”. I’m not sure of Mueller’s exact instructions, but it would seem that if he discovered evidence of OTHERS committing crimes who were not part of the initial investigation, he wouldn’t just ignore it, that is unless Muller was willing to commit a Comey.
2. I do not buy in the least all of the negative nabobs of negativism who have been hating on Jeff Sessions. If the Clinton crew or related others committed crimes against our country, I think Jeff would be VERY offended and would want to see justice done. And the kinds of crimes like Uranium 1 and the like take a VERY long time to investigate because they must be VERY thoroughly investigated to have any hope of achieving a successful prosecution, so it does not surprise me in the least that no indictments have been forthcoming so far.
Even if Mueller thought he'd be able to take down President Trump, obviously Trump knew all the allegations were BS, and having a group of his enemies do the investigating gives the Demagogic Party a-holes nowhere to run to. Plus, Mueller and company are forced to confront their own corruption, and Hitlery's, and Soetero's. So, maybe you're spot on with this. I didn't take this to mean some kind of wild conspiracy theory, as I suspect others may have. :^) Thanks LS and KiC.

This reminds me of a 4chan post. Some insider suggested that Mueller and Manafort were granted immunity. The thought was Mueller felt trapped and helpless regarding connections to the Uranium deal and was building a team of democrat lawyers to prevent the idea of this being a political witch hunt. They also suggested Mueller was interviewed for the DOJ position (I think that job) but whatever it was Trump started prepping him for swamp draining. I haven’t checked to see if any predictions came true but it made for a fun weekend.
Mueller works for Mueller and nobody else, including the present President of the United States. What unethical deals he made with Obama and Holder need to be exposed and punished.
Look at how far the FBI leadership has fallen under recent Democrat Presidents (Clinton and Obama).
At least J. Edgar Hoover tried to protect the US from its enemies, domestic and foreign. The Obama/Clinton regimes became the “enemies, domestic”.

One thing I didn’t see mentioned in the article was something that happened during the recent Sessions congressional testimony. When he was asked if Mueller had questioned him he didn’t want to answer and then finally he said “no”. Just seemed kind of strange. Like he was trying to keep something secret.
I am still not sure that Mueller is going to drain the swamp because he is the swamp.
Comey in LA watching CNN at break in the cafeteria sees it in real time.
Meanwhile Trump has access to the Comey office,,,file cabinet...desk...computer...e-mail etc....
My guess is that he has the goods on Comey and a few others,,,,such as Mueller
So has some leverage to direct the Mueller "investigation."......just saying.
