The way I see it, this is strong anecdotal evidence that this country is ripe for a turnaround.
And the sleeping giant hasn’t even wiped the sleep out of his eyes yet!
The best is yet to come.
If a movie promotes the values most Americans cherish, or at least doesn’t offend them, enough people will come to make that movie a success. It amazes me that Hollywood has never figured that out.

I’m not sure what people are doing with their time, but the traditional role of “spectator” seems to be changing. Perhaps everyone is watching cat videos on Youtube. Still spectating, but doing it differently.
