Senate Judiciary opens probe into Obama-era Russian nuclear bribery case © Getty Images The Senate Judiciary Committee has launched a full-scale probe into a Russian nuclear bribery case, demanding several federal agencies disclose whether they knew the FBI had uncovered the corruption before the Obama administration in 2010 approved a controversial uranium deal with Moscow.

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), the committee chairman, gets his first chance to raise the issue in public on Wednesday when he questions Attorney General Jeff Sessions during an oversight hearing.

Though the hearing was scheduled for other purposes, aides said they expected Grassley to ask Sessions questions about a story published in The Hill on Tuesday that disclosed the FBI had uncovered evidence showing Russian nuclear officials were engaged in a racketeering scheme involving bribes, kickbacks and money laundering designed to expand Russian President Vladimir Putin's atomic energy business on U.S. soil.

Here’s a good review of the names and events surrounding Hillary’s deal with Russia:

They could have Obama, Hillary and Vlad himself testifying and the lamestream media would still not cover it, or even mention it on their regular newscast.

Perhaps the Democrats shall come to rue the day they made accusations that the Trump Campaign had “colluded” with the Russian government agents. Now that the first few shovels of dirt have been turned over, a LOT of furtive creatures seem to be scurrying about.

And none of them are in any manner, way, shape or form, connected to the Trump Campaign or the current Trump Administration.

But the Deep State knows what the fallout could be.

CFIUS, Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, approved the deal. Here is who makes up that group.

The members of CFIUS include the heads of the following departments and offices:

Department of the Treasury (chair)
Department of Justice
Department of Homeland Security
Department of Commerce
Department of Defense
Department of State
Department of Energy
Office of the U.S. Trade Representative
Office of Science & Technology Policy

The following offices also observe and, as appropriate, participate in CFIUS’s activities:

Office of Management & Budget
Council of Economic Advisors
National Security Council
National Economic Council
Homeland Security Council

The Director of National Intelligence and the Secretary of Labor are non-voting, ex-officio members of CFIUS with roles as defined by statute and regulation.

Now all that is needed is to search who these people were to add to the list of those implicated.

And this will last, what? Half a day?

Can’t wait to hear all the comments and condemnation from outraged Democrats. (outraged that time and public funds have to be wasted on ‘frivolous, unfounded rumors’)

Let’s get back to business, digging up something we can impeach Trump for...

It was covered in spades by Hannity last night on Fox. Also with less depth an hour earlier by Tucker Carlson. I believe Fox News and Rush will go hard after this story and the rest of the MSM will sit on their hands as long as they can. If Trump jumps in and Congress holds tough they can make this a biggie.

Rosenstein is the Weinstein at Justice. Not that he is a sexual law breaker but he is everywhere that crap is happening. I can’t wait for this guy to take the fifth.

And then there’s Boeing doing a pay-for-play to the Clintons. The US Ex-Im bank loaned a Russian airline money to buy Boeing planes.

Also doing a pay-to-play with the Clintons were tech firms like Cisco, Google and Intel setting up a Silicon Valley in Russia financed by American capital investors, also contributors to the Clinton Foundation.

There are too many big wheels involved for a day of reckoning.

This is so in-f-credible.
These criminals DARE judge America’s chosen President
claiming that they, stained with uranium and
probably hundreds of Americans’ blood, are
above reproach.

Arrest them all. Oh, I forgot, AG Sessions
is busy in his bath house.

Trump better not let this go. He needs to hold a press conference. Make it a national story. This may be what he was referring to: calm before the storm.
