Yep I will watch the Dallas Cowboys tonight, if they protest I will laugh at THEIR childish behavior too and then watch the game.
No wonder this country is in such a mess when simply NOT watching a terrible game is asking too much for some people. Have fun watching obese felons run into each other.
Why would you watch the game? How could it be any fun, knowing they are disgusted by America? They’d be like going to a Dixie Chicks concert.
Used to like Tomlin and the Steelers, not anymore. Heard Villanueva making some excuse to keep his job.
This is a VERY important battle.
What China did to Tibet and what the KLA did to Serbia, first, was take away the monuments that mattered most.
Our flag and anthem are these kinds of monuments that the left wants to make insignificant.
I have a few liberal/moderate friends who are solidly behind Trump on this one and hoping there are lots more out there who will be voting for him in 2020..perhaps because of this.

Case in point, when my boys were young, they were fanatical baseball card collectors; we took them to games [Red Sox & Yankees]; we would always get to the park early b/c in NY, the car parking lot for players is across the street from the players entrance. The boys would hold their sharpies and cards and the Mattingleys, Winfields, etc. passed by; the prima donnas would ignore the kids completely.
OTOH, the Red Sox, the Latinos, as in catcher Tony Pena was wonderful with the kids. You could see a genuine love he had for kids. He would linger and make sure anything anyone wanted signed, was autographed. A true gentleman. Genuine good guy.
We learned after many costly tries to the *Big*, that attending farm leagues was such a better choice. The players were more genuine; attentive to the kids; and seemed more anxious to be nice to the kids. They hadn’t been bitten by the glitter of the Bigs.
I really don’t follow sports much. I dunno.
I have remarked before (and I DO NOT like saying this) that the USA does not appear to be significant enough to appear in End Times Bible Prophecy. I know not everyone will agree with me. No offense is intended; just my $0.02.
I say that because that is how I see it (or rather don’t see it) in the Scriptures.

Gazillions on NFL payrolls guarantees a LOT of hate.
Try the horses.
Horses don’t kneel, turn tail on the flag, cuss, raise hooves or beat up people.
And unlike almost any other sport, they run regardless. Snow, downpour, searing heat, the show goes on. No endless delays (like NASCAR!).
NASCAR are good guys, but they’re still prone to human PCness. I recall some scuttlebutt last year or so about one of the tracks, IIRC. Something about the Dixie flags or something, wouldn’t be allowed.
Maybe they should switch to Arena Football.

This is THE problem today in discussing politics, I simply want to watch the Dallas Cowboys play a football game after work with a couple of beers, while many here (where we are somewhat in agreement with on most issues) are very willing to shun and criticize because I will not do what you want to be done.
It would appear our side is learning the tactics being used against us. In my opinion, let them protest it is a very American thing to do.
Because I want to escape the crap like this. I have worked for 9 hours and want to drink a couple of cold beers and watch a football game. I will not watch until the game has already started so I will miss what ever protest there may be. And it will be fun because its the Dallas Cowboys.

I never paid any attention to NASCAR, but I might just try to learn what it’s all about.
