Washington (CNN)US investigators wiretapped former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort under secret court orders before and after the election, sources tell CNN, an extraordinary step involving a high-ranking campaign official now at the center of the Russia meddling probe.
The government snooping continued into early this year, including a period when Manafort was known to talk to President Donald Trump.
Some of the intelligence collected includes communications that sparked concerns among investigators that Manafort had encouraged the Russians to help with the campaign, according to three sources familiar with the investigation. Two of these sources, however, cautioned that the evidence is not conclusive.

Whether or not Manafort did anything illegal, I don’t know, but a) since when has Russia (and US, for that matter) NOT interfered with other countries elections?, b)he could ask them to til he’s blue in the face, but Teddy Kennedy set a precedent of doing so, and evidently proved, thereby, that it’s not a criminal act, since he was never charged for it, let alone punished. Besides, leftists in our own government, for a hundred years, have espoused socialism, even in the face of Stalin’s atrocities, so why have they suddenly decided Russia is the bad guy?

In the meantime, Sessions is focusing on low hanging fruit while totally ignoring numerous clear reasons to challenge everything from the Clinton emails to Comey's likely crimes, to the Dem IT scandal, to Obama's use of the FBI and courts to spy on American citizens and the Trump campaign. How many coincidences does one need to wake up to the strong likelihood that none of this sequence of events is coincidental at all?

It is COMPLETELY false that Sessions jumped on the bandwagon after it was rolling. He helped START the bandwagon. So rather than calling your statement a “lie” I’ll just call it a big falsehood. Only after claiming that a number of times does it reach the level of a “lie”.
That summary is so accurate. We have been betrayed. It stinks like a week old whale carcass.
Once again, my point of view is based on observation, not false information. Now you could say I have drawn the wrong conclusions from my observations, but it is what I maintain until facts arise to refute my point of view. If and when Sessions goes after much higher fruit than what he has done so far, I will be among the first to say I was wrong.
If you were observing you would know that it is false that Sessions was a late arrival to the Trump campaign when, in fact, he was the first major political endorser. THAT is a fact.
