TALKING POINTS-—Then-Cong Becerra in 2004 was one of five House members who first hired Imran Awan (now under arrest). Only two of the five members — NY Democrat Gregory Meeks and California Democrat Xavier Becerra — remained in office through 2016.
The two members later put Awan’s relatives on their payrolls as well, including Imran’s wife Alvi, and his brother Abid.
(NOTE Abid is currently being represented by a lawyer specializing in money-laundering litigation. Abid is mentioned on the WH visitor’s list-—Abid spent 7 hours in the WH).
When Becerra became chairman of the Democratic Caucus in 2013, that office began paying Imran’s spouse, Alvi, $25,000 to $30,000 a year in addition to tax dollars from Becerra’s personal office. Becerra, to date, is on-record for paying out far more tax dollars to the Awan family than any other Democrat employer.
Imran’s secret server was connected to the House Democratic Caucus, an organization chaired by then-Rep. Xavier Becerra . Police informed Becerra that the server was the subject of an investigation and requested a copy of it. Authorities considered the false image they received to be interference in a criminal investigation, the senior official said.

Why has this all taken do damned long to investigate and untangle??? Our security is unbelievably lax when the Libtards and RINOs don’t want accountability and security.
It may be important to pursue parallels between the Awan offsite “secret server” set up for Democrats and Hillary’s private illegal home server. Both were set up to circumvent standard laws and procedures, both were authorized and/or known about by leading national Democrats, and both should be monumental criminal scandals.
Why are alleged IT professionals cooperating in such slovenly, unethical, and illegal proceedings, why is IT security so horrible for both the US Congress and the State Dept., and why do prominent Democrats think they can get away with all this garbage???? (because the can??)
If things seem careless, slipshod, evidence casually left around, and so on....it's b/c they were all acting out of a feeling of invincibility.

FACTS ON FILE---Then-Rep. Xavier Becerra deliberately gave a false image of the Awan's “secret server” to the Capitol Police but was mysteriously not arrested. Instead, he was rewarded handsomely. Becerra became Attorney General of California.
Imran had a secret server to backdoor sensitive US intel to his handlers. The secret server was connected to the House Democratic Caucus, chaired by then-Rep. Xavier Becerra.
The executive director of the Democratic Caucus was Sean McCluskie, who was Democrat Becerra’s chief of staff. McCluskie is now chief deputy attorney general of California alongside AG Becerra.
McCluskie has gone incommunicado---he failed to return The Daily Caller's repeated requests for comment on this monumental story.

BACKSTORY---On Jan. 24, 2017, Democrat Becerra vacated his congressional seat to become California’s attorney general. “He wanted to wipe his server, and we brought to his attention it was under investigation. L/E asked for an image of the server. But Democrat Becerra apparently colluded and conspired w/ other actors, and deliberately turned over a fake server,” a knowledgeable senior official said.
Capitol Police considered the fake image a sign that the Awans knew exactly what they were doing and were going to great lengths to try to cover it up. The House Sergeant-at-Arms banned them from the network as a result.
For Democrat House members to say their intel data was not compromised is simply inaccurate. The Awan's had access to all of the Democrats' sensitive intel.....data that impacted the safety and security of Americans.......including all emails. "Imran Awan is the walking example of an insider threat, a criminal actor who had access to everything,” the senior official said.
Democrat Becerra as informed his server as the subject of an investigation and handed over a false image. Authorities considered the false image Democrat Becerra handed them to be Becerra's calculated interference in a criminal investigation, the senior official said.
