I would say that though you are trying to discredit him and turn this thread into a debate on vaccines, the presentation is about a former CIA agent and his knowledge of the Deep State/Shadow Government/Industrial-Military Complex, etc...
People, don’t be dissuaded from watching the video...Though several here are trying to discredit the CIA agent and frame him as a kook, he seems credible to me.

When my youngest was ready to go to school, over thirty years ago, I took her for her check up. Her regular doctor was out, so his senior partner saw her. I had only just heard about possible problems with pertussin vaccinations, and I said to him, “I really don’t want her to have the pertussis vaccine”. He replied, “I NEVER give the pertussis vaccine. It causes too many problems”. He had been practicing for forty years at that point, and he knew his onions. When one of my granddaughters had her first or second vaccination, my daughter happened to be looking at her that evening, when her eyes started darting back and forth rapidly. My daughter took her to the doctor, who said it was seizure activity, most likely brought on by the vaccination, and she wasn’t to have anymore. I think he was referring to the pertussis vaccine, IIRC. A decade ago, skipping a vaccination wasn’t too big a risk. But since our country has been flooded with medically unvetted immigrants, from countries who have NOT eradicated childhood diseases, they’re being seen here, now, for the first time in many decades. Vaccination proponents used to warn the public, “if you’d ever seen a case of whooping cough or diphtheria, you would NEVER think of not vaccinating your child”! At that time, it was highly unlikely we WOULD ever see one here. Not anymore. Thanks Ted! Thanks Obama! Just another part of the legacy those evil men left us.
Here’s the rule I came up with myself. The discussion ended. I posted extensively, then moved on. You come by later, and without reading anything past post number one, demand that I post a link to all the posts where I answered the very questions you are posing. Then you demand that I put time stamps referencing where on the video in question I am critiquing. You showed up late to the party, and you want ME to do your homework for you? I remember when my first born was about a year old, he got one of the usual regimen of vaccinations, and then started running a high fever and crying every time someone so much as touched him. The doctor who administered the vaccination thought he had come down with meningitis. He didn’t. It was a temporary reaction to the vaccine, and he recovered and is now a father of some five children, including his second wife’s two children from a previous marriage, whom he treats as his own.
Ironically, the Amish, at least a decade or so ago when I read the article, were suffering from outbreaks of whooping cough. The elders were considering whether to permit at least that vaccine, since whooping cough is a deadly killer that preys on the young. I don’t know what they finally decided to do.
I’d bet that TB is making a comeback in Europe, along with new strains of hygiene-related diseases, such as typhus and cholera. I only hope that Trump can build that wall fast enough.
Just one comment; MANY ulcers and associated gastric issues are caused by H. pylori bacteria, but not all. My Ex was tested for it, and it was found NOT to be the cause of his excess acid. But I agree with you about the danger of proton pump inhibitors. When first brought out, the package insert warned they were not to be taken longer than 6 weeks, but that was ignored by many practitioners. They’ve never worked for me. Good old pepcid works great, with a LOT less possible problems. A side note -— I knew a woman who had interstitial cystitis. Her doctor was an brilliant internist, whom I had recommended to her, after seeing how he attended his patients. HAt her first visit, he conducted a thorough exam, and asked if she had any problems or unusual symptoms. She told him she had none, except that the top of her head itched, all the time. Right away, he declared, “I think you have interstitial cystitis. I’m going to prescribe prilosec, but you cannot take it for more than six weeks, but that should be enough”. Sure enough, she followed his directions, and it never bothered her again. She told me, “when I started taking the prilosec, I felt better than I had in years! I hated to stop it at the end of the six weeks!” But she was obedient, and her doctor was right. It can be successfully used off label, for that disorder.
Most babies DO get a fever and fussiness, after vaccinations. It’s the body’s response to the virus. But the neurological problems people are concerned with, are a different reaction. As far as the Amish are concerned, I read that the reason there are only a handful of surnames among them, is because they don’t marry outsiders. If they are more susceptible to certain diseases, it may be because of inbreeding.
I don’t know about all vaccines, but it is documented that LAV (live, attenuated vaccine) for polio, has caused it to occur. WHO information reports the following possible adverse effects:

Attenuated pathogens have the very rare potential to revert to a pathogenic form and cause disease in vaccinees or their contacts. Examples for this are the very rare, serious adverse events of:

They did not go down instantly. I saw them both burning across Jamaica Bay, still standing. They didn’t fall down until I reached Kingston-Throope on the A Train, which had gone local because of the fire. At that point, they let everyone off and shut down the trains, but that was much later. In other words, despite the burning towers, I was still going into work in the downtown area, confident that the fires would be put out, as they had survived the previous attempt in ‘92. There was no instantaneous collapse.
Reports suggest it took a second wave of explosions to take the second tower down. But look again at the videos if you haven’t for a while.
A second explosion could just as well be a fuel reserve. These were long distance flights.
This is why I have little patience for conspiracy theories. The conclusions, when drawn in advance, skew factual interpretation, which should tend towards the simplest explanation, not the one that fits the pre-drawn conclusion. I know what I saw, and it was real life, not a video.
Getting back to Shippy, he struck me as a seasoned public speaker, his audience as the sort you meet at real estate “seminars,” and he was very comfortable in that surrounding.
CIA agents are people more comfortable in the shadows, doing clandestine, sometimes illegal and bloody things out of the public eye. Shippy says quite a lot of valid things, but he says them too glibly and affably. Not conclusive proof of anything, but it bothers me.
Snowden was brilliant one-on-one speaking from Moscow, with a well-worked out ideology that he articulated and defended, and I’m sure he would not get out on a stage and talk about multiple conspiracy theories that aren’t his provence, much less in the tone of an infomercial pitch man. He’s a quiet but highly intelligent man, and Shippy seems the opposite.
