Right at the start of his lecture, he’s full of crap. The government cannot commit a felony. What would you do, construct a cage around the Capitol and the White House? Government officials are found guilty of violating the Constitution all the time, and the laws they enact are not enforced if they are found unconstitutional, but they don’t do jail time for enacting unconstitutional laws, only for enforcing them contrary to a court ruling, as was Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who was fortunately pardoned.
On the other hand, his nutty theories might be cover. If he mixes this stupid Art Belle conspiracy crap in with the real stuff, it’s possible his former employer won’t kill him, since instead they can deride him.

"Felony" is a very old term. The imprisoning of felons is a relatively new innovation. In the original concept, a felon was one whose crimes merited death. The sentence is indeed carried out against governments from time to time. Case in point, the old French nobility in 1789.

This guy does not seem like a nut. I do not trust some of the content in vaccines given to kids either.
I have an ex-eidim (father-in-law of my son) who is a staunch anti-vaccinist. I’ve read the literature that he touts, and it’s all so much blather. It’s like a cult.
Bottom line is, I vaccinated all my kids. None are autistic. My son vaccinated his son for essentials during a visitation day. He’s not autistic. I was vaccinated. I’m not autistic.
I’ve known a few autistic kids, and it wasn’t from the vaccines. Sometimes it’s genetics, sometimes it’s lead or other toxins. I’ve also read the literature refuting the alleged correlation. Yes, in my experience, it’s nuts.
Vaccines have been with us for a few hundred years. Autism was not so prevalent except recently. Vaccines work. Smallpox has been eradicated because of vaccines. Autism occurs with or without vaccines. There is no significant correlation. There was an anti-vaccination movement as soon as vaccines became widespread, because it was more lucrative for doctors and nurses to treat infectious viral disease patients than it was to simply eliminate the danger of viral infections with vaccines. Shall we go back to the good old days? Polio, anyone?
