Kathy Griffin says that she is no longer sorry for disseminating a photo of her holding up a severed, bloodied head resembling President Donald Trump's.
Griffin spoke with an Australian television show where she was asked about the controversy, and said she was not sorry for it. The fallen comedian blamed her career downfall on Trump supporters, despite the fact that Democrats, including a self-described friend, actress Debra Messing, and Chelsea Clinton condemned the photo

Griffin did not elaborate on the “atrocities” of which she accused Trump.
Shortly after the photo came to light, the Secret Service investigated Griffin as a potential threat against Trump’s life. Griffin gave a tearful apology in front of cameras and said Trump “broke” her
