Yesterday, we wrote about new developments in an exceptionally strange case involving a circle of former IT staffers for House Democrats who are caught up in a federal criminal investigation. We noted that the New York Post's sources say that the FBI is now looking into whether the Awan cabal may have sold off sensitive data collected from the House servers they maintained to foreign intelligence services in Islamabad, Moscow, and potentially elsewhere. Former federal prosecutor Andy McCarthy, whose summary of bizarre imbroglio mess we linked, knows a thing or two about how federal indictments work. He's the man who successfully prosecuted the mastermind of the first World Trade Center bombing (who recently died in prison). McCarthy managed to track down the indictment in this case, which he says only raises more questions. He leads with a not-so-hypothetical scenario, drawing on his vast experience as a prosecutor:

Missing govt-issue equipment tied to NY Cong Yvette Clarke’s office supposedly included many iPhones and iPads, an official told The Daily Caller reporter.
At $800 each, Cong Clarke's $120,000 write-off would pay for 150 electronic items. Yet, Cong Clarke's office, according to payroll records, has only 16 employees......why did Clarke need so many electronics for that small staff?
The govt-issue equipment would have been billed under Clarke's former chief of staff, there 2010 to February 11, 2016 (when another person took over).
The request for the $120,000 write-off came around the time of that staffing change. Cong Clarke's office refused to tell The Daily Caller which person signed the form, and why they did not fire Abid at that time, or why they did not alert authorities (not reporting knowledge of a crime IS a crime).
The Daily Caller reported that Cong Yvette Clarke’s chief routinely called a House help desk to inquire about the write-off process but did not ever convey the highly unusual scale of the dollar figure, the official said.
NOTE: The missing $120,000 covers only Cong Yvette Clarke’s office. Democrats employing the Pakis have not been audited for similar patterns.......as yet.

If a tenth of all the Congressional Democrats suddenly were in jail and/if many of their staff were sent to jail, the Deep State would be so disrupted that it would have a hard time functioning.
We have seen recently (DOJ meeting with Bill on an airport tarmac, then instructing FBI to let Hillary go) that the Deep State will not go after other Deep State royalty. This is the same FBI and Justice Dept that looks the other way.
