Wheeler's lawsuit claims he was falsely quoted as a source for a story on Seth Rich. All of the claims Wheeler denied making in the lawsuit are on this tape apparently (verify for yourself).
Full tape being released later today.

In a phone call provided to Big League Politics by a source who wishes to remain anonymous at this time, private investigator Rod Wheeler explains what happened with the Fox News coverage of Seth Rich — and how brother Aaron Rich was actively attempting to shut down anyone looking into the WikiLeaks connection.

Seth’s dad told Wheeler that Seth had recently obtained a second cell phone.
Seth’s brother told Wheeler that wasn’t true.
Seth’s brother online (not in this post but I remember from a few months ago) told a cousin not to post publicly about Seth’s murder after the cousin posted something like, “I knew it was a hit from day one. No way that was a robbery.”

On August 1, Wheeler filed a lawsuit in New York City alleging White House involvement in pushing the story. But in this recording, he explains that he acted on his own in contacting Fox News reporters — and exactly how that all went down. The White House being involved is not mentioned once.
“The story has already blown up, this will only give credence to the story. If Fox News channel broke it, it would seem like conspiracy theories,” Wheeler says the Fox 5 DC reporter texted him. “So she decided that she was going to run with this story, in her mind, so it didn’t seem like a conspiracy theory from Fox News.”
Wheeler said that brother Aaron Rich tried to block Wheeler from looking at Seth’s computer, even though there could be evidence on it. “He said no, he said I have his computer, meaning him,” Wheeler said. “I said, well can I look at it?…He said, what are you looking for? I said anything that could indicate if Seth was having problems with someone. He said no, I already checked it. Don’t worry about it.”
Wheeler said that Seth’s girlfriend told him that Aaron Rich had possession of Seth’s cell phones, but Aaron denied it and said “we’re not going to worry about the cell phones.”
Aaron also blocked Wheeler from finding out about who was at a party Seth attended the night of the murder.
“All I want you to do is work on the botched robbery theory and that’s it,” Aaron told Wheeler, according to Wheeler’s claim on the audio. Wheeler said that Seth’s father Joel “does not appear to have any hidden agenda.”
Rich was shot in the back in the early morning hours of July 10, 2016, near his home while he was on the phone with his girlfriend — 12 days before the publication of the DNC emails by WikiLeaks. The police initially ruled that it was a botched robbery — but his wallet, watch, and necklace were still on his person when he was discovered by police.
Though Assange has infamously expressed interest in Rich, he has always maintained that WikiLeaks will never name a source. WikiLeaks has offered a $20,000 reward for Rich’s murderer however, and has retweeted articles that asserted he was their source without providing any additional comment.

That is a YUGE point. This was supposedly the crime of the century, an “attack on our democracy,” yet our government intelligence agencies did not demand access to the server so they could perform their own analysis. If we still had real journalists in the MSM, they would have raised a stink about this. But they passively accept it without question.
They should have waited until they could indict Wheeler for perjury. It would have made a great basis for a counter suit.

Tactical error, IMHO. Any more spotlight on Seth Rich and the peon public will check out the facts on the internet — guy ‘robbed’ and nothing stolen, DNC dump comes out 12 days after Seth is murdered, no suspects despite over $700,000 offered in reward money, robbed in DC but his gold chain or wallet not stolen, alive when police find him but we’ve never seen the police cams or cameras in the area, no suspects.

He needs to! In the interview with Hannity on the TV show, Wheeler makes the very allegations he now says were falsely attributed to him.
Mark Dice’s Twitter feed has video of him making some of the allegations to a show called “Last Stand.” Rod says he has direct sources linking Seth to Wikileaks and that a police source says he was told to stand down on the case.

We have to understand what the purpose of this “lawsuit” is. It does not matter one iota to the Democrats/Leftists that it’s all easily refuted bullsh*t. It doesn’t matter at all to them if within hours of the story being published we can show that there’s nothing to it.
They have filled their headlines and airwaves with “Trump colluded with Fox News to push fake Seth Rich news”. There’s a significant although shrinking percentage of people who get all their news from Mainstream sources and this is what they now know.
If there is a retraction it will be in small print on p. 63. Meanwhile they’ll be onto the next distraction.
What kind of family is not interested to know who murdered a family member? There is no disagreement on the fact that he was murdered or that somebody DID murder Seth.

The purpose is the misleading headline. Most folks don’t read past the first paragraph - if they read at all.
Meant to keep the “Seth Rich is Fake News” story going.
But now Hannity has to respond on his shows. Other people have already refuted Wheeler’s claims apparently.
Might lead to more attention on Seth Rich.
Seems odd they’d bring it up.

I suspect Rod has children and maybe grandchildren. Their lives are more important than anything and Hitlery knows this.
I mentioned in the first thread about this that I wonder if Wheeler brought this lawsuit simply to get the MSM to report this story and make it news.

I believe Wheeler wants to get this out without the DNC trying to stop it so this is the easiest way to do it
Maybe this is a publicity stunt by Wheeler to get this story some legs. It certainly brought it to the surface.
Did anyone see the video of the Rich family where Aaaron was LAUGHING and he had a stuffed panda sitting on the table next to him!!! BIZARRE!!! MAYBE AARON IS THER MURDERER!!!
