Honolulu? How do people travel like this - a weekend flight from Florida to Honolulu? Even with a private jet, that sounds over-the-top. But I’m not rich so what do I know?

I absolutely could NOT handle a trip like that, although I have no idea what flying on a private jet is like. The jet lag would nearly kill me!
Me neither. Even flying that distance over 5 time zones in a private jet would induce significant jet lag. Surprised Rush didn’t just opt to stay in Hawaii and remotely broadcast his show from his Honolulu affiliate studios. He can still remotely coordinate his with Snerdley and his producer being in either West Palm Beach or NYC.
