Open borders and free drug trade into the U.S............So tell me where he was wrong? Here's his statement:

Sounds to me like he's making a quiet statement for a border wall and more ICE and drug enforcement activity..,....

I actually think he is right. Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush II, and Obama were ALL responsible for the drugs in America due to poor immigration implementation and amnesty. Rex is 100 percent correct in blaming America. We ONLY now started to take immigration seriously.
