White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci unloaded on chief of staff Reince Priebus, accusing him of leaking details of a private dinner with President Trump and claiming he will be asked to resign.
“Reince is a f------ paranoid schizophrenic, a paranoiac,” Scaramucci told New Yorker writer Ryan Lizza in a Wednesday phone call.
“They’ll all be fired by me,” he said of the White House communications staff. “I fired one guy the other day. I have three to four people I’ll fire tomorrow. I’ll get to the person who leaked that to you. Reince Priebus — if you want to leak something — he’ll be asked to resign very shortly.”
Scaramucci was angry that Lizza found out he planned to dine with Trump, Fox News host Sean Hannity and former Fox News executive Bill Shine at the White House. He believed that Priebus, whom he has feuded with for months, was the one who told Lizza about it.
Mimicking Priebus, Scaramucci tells Lizza: “ ‘Oh, Bill Shine is coming in. Let me leak the f------ thing and see if I can cock-block these people the way I cock-blocked Scaramucci for six months.’ ”
Priebus did not respond to the New Yorker’s request for comment.

I listened to a bit of Fox news today, and someone was trotting out the theory that what the White House staff needs are relationships. The other side of that is the inference that without relationships, people cannot do the right thing. Nonsense.
We have all been taught that duty comes before feelings.
I would suggest that whoever is doing the leaking is a snake, and like snakes, is not really interested in relationships. We all have worked around an untrustworthy co-worker. No one can form a relationship with an untrustworthy person.
I just caught some of Rove. The establishment is desperately trying to save Preibus he’s thier inside guy. It was a big mistake to put him there.
If true, and given the guys behavior I figure it is true, this guy has to go and a few others.
We don’t need this kind of behavior. This is not the Mafia or some hedge fund and we don’t need Gordon Gekko in the West Wing. If this is true it is shameful and disgraceful to the office of the President. It may fly for them in New York but not for the rest of the country.
How is airing dirty laundry like this in public any different than “leaks”?
They are both damaging to the President.
I had high hopes for Scaramucchi. Now I don’t think he is right for the job. He’s the Communications director. You’d think he’d be telling everyone to STHU and instead he’s blabbing like a two year old on fruit loops. He needs to just do the job and keep his trap shut. His job is to tell everyone else what to say and keep it close to the vest.
