FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man who used a fake name for a decade to get a driver’s license is now facing numerous charges and deportation after an observant police officer noticed the man’s accent was off, authorities said.
Police arrested Sergio Alvarado, 32, after Officer Francis Torres pulled him over on Waverly Street at 7:15 p.m. because Alvarado’s car’s windows were excessively tinted, according to a police report filed in Framingham District Court on Friday.

Actors generally do a bad job with accents. I cringe almost every time I hear a supposed Southern Accent. Almost everything about TV accents is wrong.
There are exceptions - John Hillerman who played Higgins on Magnum PI was actually from North Texas but developed a flawless British accent. Damien Lewis is a British actor who played Dick Winters in the Band of Brothers. He has a very good, fake NY accent. But generally accents by actors are horrible
These are the kinds of crimes almost all illegals have to commit to get by.

Appreciate this post. Great police work by the Framingham officer, who was sharp enough to notice 1. lousy non-MA accent and 2.) a SS# prefix that the officer knew could not be from MA— not a big deal in and of itself, but the officer no doubt has PR kinfolk, so he ran the number, and came up with a ripped off license and ID.
So, what if a person named Barark H. Obama ( in the hypothetical not being or having been the present-dent of the US and recognized as such) is stopped.. wherever, and gives his drivers license with SS# matched that turns up as being from Connecticut, and NOT Hawaii? This SS# from CT has been central to the claims that obamaumao is NOT the person he says he is or which as been represented— that is in the internet world. The man was vetted with a SS# that could not possibly have been issued to him— as he was not born in CT.
Just an observation— that all of these kinds of fake ID people are out there and wondering how many millions with this stolen/created identity. It has to be pursued.

The absolute worst ever, was Tom Bosley in "Murder She Wrote"...trying (but not very hard) to do a Maine accent....pathetic.
