The CBO are hacks. A local talk show guy told today how they projected numbers of ACA enrollees a year and a half ago that NEVER HAPPENED instead of off the actual numbers that were much lower to determine how many would "lose their coverage" under the new plan (which ain't nothing to write home about). They were also wrong about every projection about kenyoncare.
