They’re getting tough on these professors because the administrations are afraid that their schools will go the way of Evergreen State College.
I imagine she’ll get a nice cushy position at UC Berkeley or maybe UC Santa Cruz for the fall semester. I’m sure most of the faculty and a good portion of the students in those fine institutions agree with her.

The tenure system for professors needs to fixed or eliminated. They become unaccountable. A law unto themselves. What other profession gets that?
The Trump administration should eliminate federal funding for any college/university that won’t eliminate tenure.

I read something concerning the University of Missouri not long ago. Remember all the PC bs going on there a few years ago? Their freshmen applications dropped by about 20%. That’s a lot of money.
Being PC all the time can cost colleges and universities. If I had children, I wouldn’t have sent them into that whacked out lib environment.

I agree with her observations of many first-year students, however, I taught female sophomores of various skin colors. Her bringing race and sex labeling into it is gratuitous and inflammatory. And certainly, blaming his parents and him for NorK’s gross acts of tyranny against a foreigner is just cruel, and stupidly so.
